Tenant Rental Payment Options

JRealty offers several options for submitting your monthly rent payments, including the following:

1. Pay by mail. You can mail your personal check, cashier's check, or money order to JRealty, 14101 Hawthorne Blvd, Hawthorne, CA 90250. If mailing a cashier’s check or money order, ENSURE YOU GET A TRACKING NUMBER. If payment gets lost or stolen, there is no way to recover it, and the Tenant is responsible.

2. Pay by dropbox. You can drop off your payment 24 hours / 7 days per week via dropbox on our side gate on 141st St next to the pedestrian entrance. (See map below)

3. Pay online via AppFolio for $2.49 per month. Some of the many benefits of this service include:

   • Never have a check ‘lost in the mail’, or stolen with identity
   • Never worry about holidays, Sundays or specific mail pick-up and delivery times, or late payments
   • Never have to pay for stamps, envelopes etc
   • Help the environment by reducing paper, gas consumption, pollution etc
   • Save time
   • View and pay your bills anytime (24/7) from anywhere (any computer with an internet connection)
   • Sign up for automatic reminder emails
   • Review your payment history

4. Pay in person. You can always pay in person. Our regular business hours are Mon - Fri, from 9 am to 5 pm excluding holidays. (See map below)
