What are your showing hours?

• If your ID has been verified, most units can be seen via lockbox showing anytime from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 12 pm Saturday and Sunday.  
• If your ID has NOT been verified, we offer in-person showings, usually Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, excluding holidays and subject to agent availability.

What should I expect?

• We do a quick prescreening to see if you meet our minimum income and credit requirements. Without ID verification, this process usually takes between 1 and 3 minutes.
