Vendor Registration

1. Watch this ~ 2min video to preview the vendor registration process
2. The actual registration should take less than 5 minutes and you can do from computer or phone.
3. You'll need to certify that you are an Independent Contractor
4. If applicable, gather following documents before starting:
   1. If you have employees, you will need to upload a copy of Workers Compensation insurance (if you don't have employees, you'll need to certify that you are a Sole Employee and exempt from the Workers Compensation insurance requirement)
   2. If have a Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license, you'll upload a copy
   3. If you have General Liability insurance, you'll upload a copy
