Submit an IRS Form W-9

Vendors and contractors who are asked to provide JRealty with a Form W-9 can follow the steps below.

1. Complete Form W-9

Open and complete IRS Form W-9 to provide your taxpayer information. 

2. Sign the Form

Make sure the form is complete and signed before submitting it to JRealty.

3. Submit Your Completed W-9

Send your completed W-9 to the JRealty team member who requested it.
