JRealty Realtor Referral Program

 

Program Highlights 

  •  JRealty pays a referral fee of:

  1. 10% of the property management fee for 1 year, paid at the end of month 12 

Or

  1. 25% of the property management fee for 1 month, paid at the end of month 1 

  • you can sell and/or lease the unit, you keep the relationship!

How does the Referral Program work?

  • If option 1, then JRealty:

  1. receives the referral and emails confirmation to the Referring Realtor 

  2. sends a proposal to the Landlord and automatically emails confirmation to the Referring Realtor 

  3. executes PMA with the Landlord, enrolls in scheduled payments, and automatically emails confirmation to the Referring Realtor 

  4. automatically emails confirmation of payments at the end of months 6 and 12 to the Referring Realtor

  • If option 2, then JRealty:

    1. receives the referral and emails confirmation to the Referring Realtor 

    2. sends a proposal to the Landlord and automatically emails confirmation to the Referring Realtor 

    3. executes PMA with the Landlord, enrolls in scheduled payment, and automatically emails confirmation to the Referring Realtor 

    4. automatically emails confirmation of payment at the end of month 1 to the Referring Realtor
