With our Selling Service, we extensively Market and Advertise your property, negotiate favorable terms, find a willing and capable buyer, completely monitor the escrow period and requirements, and ultimately sell your property in a timely manner for the highest price possible.  Here are some of the highlights of this service:JRealty


Market and Advertise  We document all of the distinctive features and highlights of your property, in pictures and in writing, and then broadcast our listing in electronic and print form. More about our extensive advertising campaign can be read below. 

 

Open House We schedule and conduct a valuable 'Broker's Open House' in which all of the local real estate agents come through your property, give feedback, pick up brochures and other materials, and most importantly share this property with their clients.

 

Communicate and Advise  We communicate regularly, via phone and email, regarding number, type, and quality of potential buyer inquiries and showings and feedback.  We advise on changes in the marketplace and/ or comparable properties that have come onto or off-of the market.

·         Monitor progress toward closing when a contract is accepted, including the appraisal and the buyers loan approval, all of the way through the settlement process.

·         Ensure all disclosures are met, all legal requirements satisfied.

JRealty: After the RLA  is signed, we start our work.  If the property is ready, we'll begin our marketing and advertising campaign.  If the property is not ready, we will discuss different options, choose, and manage towards the best outcome.
