Field Associate  and Handyman Application

Hello and Welcome! Quality Development Corp, INC (DBA JRealty) is a growing property management, sales, and leasing company. Individuals and institutions have hired us to lease or manage 200+ units throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties.  Most of our properties are in Los Angeles.

We are currently seeking to hire a smart, handy, hard working, and very pleasant Field Assistant.  Common tasks will include, but not limited to:
- Driving, on average 100 to 150 miles per week.  We pay 0.55 per mile. 
- Weekly property inspection reports for 20+ properties in "very bad" parts of LA (other property inspections in "very good" parts of LA)
- Taking pictures and video of property interior, exterior, and landscaped areas.
- Coordinating with Tenant via phone and email for conduct of MIMO, other property inspections or required visits or work.
- Install For Rent and sometimes large signs, lockboxes, deadbolts, general clean up,
 
The following items are required:
- Handyman.  It would be great if you also have plumbing, electrical, and drywall & paint experience or knowledge
- A reliable vehicle (low gas would be good)
- Auto insurance coverage in the amount of 100/300/100
- Excellent written and verbal communication
 - A customer service oriented and easy to get along with personality

If you are a handyman who fits what we are looking for compensation will likely range from $30 to $40,000+.
