 JRealty Property Management began by subleasing rooms in 1998 to UCLA students in Westwood. Since then JRealty has been successfully providing property management and other property services for countless
landlords with properties located in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.
JRealty maintains
general and professional liability
as well as worker’s compensation
insurance.
We are licensed by the
California Department of Real

Justin Reese
 Justin Reese is the President,
broker, and owner of JRealty. He has
been leasing, managing, and selling
residential properties since 1998
with hundreds of successfully completed transactions.
Along the way, he earned his BA from
UCLA in 2000, honorably completed
service in the
Marine Corps 2004, and earned his
MBA from Cornell University in 2006.

Maria
Reese
Maria Reese is the Vice President of JRealty.
She manages all of the maintenance
and make-ready work, as well as the
property advertising and marketing
materials. She prescreens
Potential Tenants and coordinates
showings and other events. Maria earned
a BA from The College of Wooster in
2002 and completed her MBA from
Cornell University in 2006.

Willie
Arevalo
Willie Arevalo is a Field
Associate for JRealty. He performs a
variety of
tasks which include putting up and taking
down yard signs, taking marketing
and maintenance pictures, copying
keys, conducting showings and
walk-throughs with potential tenants.
Willie is fluent in Spanish and
English and he earned his BA from
CSULA.

Ben Castillo
Ben Castillo is a Field
Associate for JRealty in and around the South Bay of Los Angeles. He performs a
variety of
tasks which include putting up and taking
down yard signs, taking marketing
and maintenance pictures, copying
keys, conducting showings and
walk-throughs with potential tenants.
Ben is currently studying for his Real Estate License and he earned his BA from
UCLA.

Mary Duplessis
Mary Duplessis has been a California
Licensed Agent and Realtor since
1999. She works as both a Field
Assistant and a Realtor. She started
to buy, rehab and sell real estate.
Her vast network of successful
friends and associates encouraged
her to make her passion helping
others to achieve their American
dream of owning their own home. Mary
is an active member of the National
Association of Realtors,
Orange County Association of
Realtors and California
Association of Realtors.
